200th Comic This Friday Countdown
- By Bogey on June 29th, 2009I don’t know how the time flies- maybe its the new baby that has taken over the house- but the 200th comic of Matter of Fact will post this Friday. So to celebrate the comic I will be doing a Top Ten of the first 200 comics and countdown presenting two each day. Without further ado, here are numbers 10 and 9 of the countdown:
10. Atlantis
There is really no true meaning behind this one. I just love the idea of scientists and explorers getting excited about being one of the first peoples to ever lay eyes on the lost city of Atlantis, and then they realize that someone has been here before, and not only somebody but the world’s foremost leading restaurant chain in the world that is EVERYWHERE! You can’t escape them.
9. Young Ted Kaczynski
I can tell you one reason I do NOT like this comic: everytime I need to type the name of the comic I have to look up how to spell Kaczynski’s last name (I just had to look at the title again on how to spell it). Just like Atlantis though, this one is just really about being silly and has no hidden meaning. It’s just one of those that everytime I look at it I chuckle a little bit. The look on Ted’s face is what I think I like the best. Plus I’m really proud of the smoke I drew.
Tomorrow! You will get 8 and 7! Stayed tuned and tell your friends. Thanks!
